And I can't mention that Muir's blend of racist jingoism, revanchism, and militarism is pretty much fascism! So we're even!

    Webcomic creators often have a great deal of freedom with their characters. They can have said characters act like idiots, say things contrary to reality, or even do things that the creator finds personally distasteful.

    That doesn't really work when every main character is an authorial mouthpiece. Sorry Muir, but your "Oops! One of my wacky zany characters called the President Hitler" gimmick, while cute, ain't fooling anyone.
