What's almost as amazing as how insane Muir has become is how lazy he's also become. This isn't a comic strip at all. It's just brain vomit. It's him typing up a summary of his fever delusions and calling it a day.
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah. Either we get him screaming about the lizard people, or it's pathetic wish fulfillment, or it's both. It's interesting to note how the two traits fed off each other to get us to this point... I'd argue that Zed's transformation to Captain Mitty and Jan's relationship with Damon were the two things that led the strip down this path...
