Damon's Eyes Devolving Into Inky Soulless Black Pools Is Somehow A Perfect Analogy To His Development As A Character.

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because I huv no lips.

A rare bit of Damon performing his original function as the Black man who tells us what a good non-uppity Black man would think, while Jan performs her equivalent function of telling us that even Liberal Jan despises the evil BLM, something she likewise rarely does these days.

In two lifeless panels, because, well, it's Muir, and he has not improved as an artist in any way.

Rome Is A Perfect Analogue For America If You Get Shit Wrong, And Also, Are A Vicious Moron.

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because parsnips.

Ignorance, arrogance, bigotry, and projection. The foundations of Muir's entire worldview. Here we see the old moth-eaten "The US is just like decadent Rome before its fall!" favored by people who don't know history, but like to imagine they do. We see Muir's deep-rooted belief that as a white man he has a magical virtue that must be respected. We see him ranting about immigrants, minorities and women, as usual. And of course, we see him explaining that the Democrats totally made Obama into an idol, which is not only untrue, but it ignores his own fawning treatment of Trump.

Because Muir's rubbed the 'crypto' right off the fascist by this point, and like all his ilk, he imagines his own impoverished understanding of human relations is the base norm, and if people are pretending to do something differently, they're lying. Oh, and also when they do it it's bad, because they're inferior, and not a natural ruler like him.

Ad Hominem Attacks Prove His Point.

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because Harikiri.

Ah, yes, a lifeless strip of Muir repeating stupid arguments he's heard from someone else. Classic.

"Hey, Remember When You Woulda Been Tillerson or Bolton, Pence?"

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because Into the Night.

As we get Muir going over several Pelosi stories together, days after they passed from the public interest, and with such a heavy Right bias as to render them close to unrecognizable, let's stop to say that Muir's new Trump drawing is ugly as fug.

I mean, just look at that. It's a kid's bad Fred Flintstone drawing, only blond.

Texas! A Magic Land Where Muir Would Be Appreciated!

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because the Sword of Doom.

There's a lot going on in this strip, but it's all stuff we've seen before--Muir's fantasy Texas, Muir's simultaneously threatening and harmless antifa thugs, Muir's dumping on Skye--so instead I will note that Sam's devolving into abstract shapes over the last few strips is somewhat terrifying.

It's Confusingly Blocked Theatre!

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because The Limey, with Terence Stamp.

...

So,was that a dream sequence, or... what? This is badly done even by Muir's standards.

These Are All Real Things That Are Real!

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because Celebrator!

So, remember, all these protests are really just a small group of people roaming around and instigating things, and all real Muricans hate them, and they are the total opposite of good Right Wing movements, that do things like have people cross state lines to kill people in places they don't live, which is...
