If you're wondering this is about the subsitution of Frank Lautenberg for Robert Torricelli on the Jersey ballot, where he defeated Doug Forrester, a perennial loser for the New Jersey Repubs. Which clearly cancels out the Supreme Court handing Bush the Presidency.
