All right, there are two things of note in this cartoon. Aside from accusations of Democratic megalomania that ignore clear examples of Republican megalomania--because the left is always evil, and the right is always good, and thus can be trusted even when it's demolishing the Constitution--there's also the fascinating belief that people run for President to get rich.
They don't, Muir. The job really doesn't pay so well.
