Yeah, what IS that supposed to mean? I would have assumed it was a cheap shot at "degenerate" city people as compared to the salt-of-the-earth "real Americans" who live in rural areas, but that doesn't make sense because Muir depicts being sexually exploitative as good and noble. What a mess.
