One of the most obnoxious traits of these people is they imagine they are witty and clever.
DeleteWell, we all knew he was looking for an escape route from the painful disappointment that is the Trump presidency, and this sure gives him a convenient one: "No no, all these failures are because THOSE PEOPLE are making them do things." That is one reason to do something like this, the other of course being that Muir is a fascist.
ReplyDeleteThere's an element of that, yeah, but some of it is also this sort of directionlessness that Muir's been showing all during Trump 2.0. He keeps wanting things to build to something, but he has no idea what.
