It's like clockwork. Muir tries something with some ambition, and he fumbles it. Every single time.

      I do in fact do that sometimes, but again, this whole nothingburger plotline just isn't worth it.

    I'm guessing this is still part of the flashback. I think now Sam is getting it on with Damon. So like, we're in a warped place where all the couples have gotten mixed up or something.

    I'm certainly not saying this isn't still sloppy and incoherent, but I'm thinking the plot line is continuing, to the degree that any plot lines exist in DBD.

      Yes, I think you're right, but that still doesn't change this from being a fumble, especially because it took multiple attempts to lean this way. And I'm still not sure, because he's dropped the "flashback" labeling which assured us that was what we were looking at, so... yeah, it's a mess.
