I have to wonder if he’s been progressively losing readers as he’s been progressively losing his mind.
ReplyDeleteAs a fellow web comic creator, there is a part of me that hates to see a compatriot flounder in this way, and doesn’t want to see any artist lose any footing in the world of self-sufficiency.
But then there’s the part of me that remembers how uniquely malevolent are the forces with which this artist has chosen to stand.
Oh, he almost certainly has. Remember, at one point, DbD was actually carried in a few newspapers as part of the ongoing search for a "conservative Doonesbury". Now it's... well, what it is.
