Feel The Incomprehensible DRAMA!

Times like this, you realize how incoherent this strip has gotten on so many levels.

    Frankly, I don't know how his readers are able to follow things half the time. That goes triple for Redvolution, which should probably be taught in sequential art courses as an example of how not to tell a story.

      At this point, I think the fans are in this more out of a general sense of "owning libs" than any actual enjoyment of Muir's strip.

    Oh, believing the madness is part of what makes "owning the libs" so very important. These are petty, frightened people, in need of constant validation. They "enjoy" the strip not because it is enjoyable, but because it regularly signals it is part of their little shut-in world and that by reading it, they are "beating the libs" somehow.
