If I Were Drinking Something, I'd Do A Spit Take.

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because Ellery Queen.

Muir, demonstrating his talent for changing his opinion to match whatever bullshit Faux News is dishing out at the moment, has now decided that the Egyptian demonstraters are the Muslim Brotherhood, and that Obama was backing them. Thus, what looks to our eyes like a qualified victory for democracy, is in fact a victory for evil anti-Americanism. But there's more! Muir also claims that Obama is backing Chavez, even though he really hasn't been, and Zelaya in Hondurus, even though Obama's support was largely limited to condemning the coup that overthrew him. He also condemns the pair as "revolutionaries", despite the fact that both came into power legally. (Though Chavez did kick his career off with a failed coup.) The revolutionaries would be the people who attempted to oust Chavez in 2002, and successfully ousted Zelaya--but they were right wing military officers, and thus, okay. Remember, this is the Square Planet, where we read behind the lines, and see that military dictators are okay, as long as they aren't against us, and that our freedom is threatened by health care, and preserved by warantless wiretaps and torture.
