And here's the Right's little fantasy world summed up--they're the brave resistance fighting the evil empire for freedom. That the "evil empire" wants to make sure people have health care, the 'brave resistance' has enjoyed significant support by the wealthy, and that their definition of "freedom" includes torture and spying--well, that doesn't matter. A Real Murikan knows that the important thing isn't the details--it's saying you're for freedom, and opposing President Blacula, who has upset white guys by not being a white guy.
