A day by day look at Chris Muir's Day By Day, punctuated by efforts to make the hurting stop.
I hear you. Nearly every time he tries to come up with a new face, it's grotesque. Part of the problem is that he's trying to arrive at this middle ground between the simple cartoony style he started out with and the semi-realism he's been evolving towards, but he doesn't have a firm grip on either place.
ReplyDeleteMuir really hasn't developed as an artist--he's taken to tracing things badly which has made his already negligible skills degrade further.
