Muir's march into Naziland continues apace, and will doubtless feature him again claiming that the Nazis were of course dastardly left-wingers again soon as he chooses Germany and Italy as his examples for some mysterious reason.
There are of course plenty of ethnic divisions one could bring up in Italy and Germany, including the South Tyroleans, who are a German-speaking group in Italy who have had issues with being part of Italy in the past. But then, Muir's never known much about Europe has he?
