"Disney sorta grooms children"? How, by persuading them that mermaids and princesses are fun? Cue lots of absolutely cuckoo theories in the comments about how this is true. Turns out even poor Hans Christian Andersen was a groomer--something which, if true, I didn't realize. Again, these people inhabit a different universe.

DeleteHey, laughing boy. Walt Disney only ever made two cartoons based on Andersen. "The Ugly Duckling" in 1931, annnnnnd......."The Ugly Duckling" in 1939 (remake).
That's literally it.
"The Little Mermaid" and "Frozen" were created decades after he was dead.
Frickin' idiot.
