ReplyDeleteIn the comments, when someone in the peanut gallery expresses in puzzlement that the twins should only be 13 or 14, Muir reaffirms that in Cartoonland, they're almost 18.
ReplyDelete"Day by Day" has literally been running day by day in parallel to real-world time and events. There has been no allowance for, or possibility of, a time skip.
Muir is just in a hurry, the tiniest shred of believability and logic be damned. He is definitely in a hurry.
