I was going to do that post about the failure of DbD as a fictional universe, but what the hell is up with that last panel? It looks like Muir redid a naked Sam panel as a naked Jan panel.

So I broke my own rule this time and looked up what the hell Muir is talking about. Naturally, he's utterly misrepresenting and mischaracterizing what the bill actually proposes.
