He clearly thinks that gender is all a matter of having your head on straight, even for a robot that is in fact literally genderfluid. So, yeah.

He keeps changing it. Sometimes, it's simple corruption. Sometimes it's treason. Sometimes it's the adrenochrome QAnon shit. Sometimes it's all of the above. The only thing that matters to Muir is, they're undermining the nation because he doesn't always get everything he wants, always, all the time.
