    You know, I found the early, pre-insanity Zed kind of likeable in a schlubby, befuddled kind of way.
    Modern Zed gives me the heebie-jeebies. Right down to those intense eyes (behind which, as we have seen, lurk genuinely homicidal thoughts.)

      His shift from "theoretically likable everyman" to "murderous wish fulfillment vessel" has been the starkest example of DbD's going down the rabbit hole.
