Who the everloving hell is he talking about. WHAT gifts for WHAT donors.
That's ignoring all the other nonsense about "their" agenda somehow not serving the public interest and prioritizing "their" people, whoever the hell those are. (No, seriously, who are they? Who? I want to know.)
