Muir's gnosticism is on full display here alongside his misogyny, from the belief that Trump has only to "man up" to somehow stay in office to the reiteration that responsible government is rule by 'hysterical women'. As usual what comes through is the man's delusions and the brittleness of his toxic masculinity. Muir is a twelve-year old bully at heart, and like all of them, he is a fragile thing under all the ridiculous swagger.
What fascinates me to no end are the women among Muir's peanut gallery, of whom there are at least two regulars commenters. How they rationalize the ever-increasing naked misogyny is beyond me.
