There's a bleak fascination in how often Muir returns to the 'Biden as puppet' theme. Some of it is doubtless that he's got the drawing, and so, damn it, he'll use it. But another part is very much Muir's preoccupation with the idea that he and his are the natural rulers of the nation and so whatever controls it that is not them is an insidious conspiracy. But, because again, fascist, this supposedly omnipotent conspiracy is stupid, cowardly and incompetent, a foe no true born Murican need fear. And so we get puppet Biden and the vague Council of Evil, who are invariably always convinced they are about to be overthrown. Because there are no characters in this strips. Just mirrors of Muir, even if some wear the masks of his enemies and Muir screams at them that they are hated.
