Once in a while, you will see a report on the news about how insects may become a future source of protein as climate change and food shortages get worse (and there are parts of the world where insects are already a part of the diet). In right-wing conspiracy nut world, this always somehow turns into the Commie Elites planning to force everyone to eat bugs.
