Not a single commenter in the peanut gallery has asked the one relevant question here--"WHY was the journalist arrested?" They love that she was arrested, simply because she was a left-leaning journalist. Yet these are also the same people who will condemn dictatorship and government overreach in the same breath...ummmm
ReplyDeleteBeat me to it. That was exactly my reaction, too. What is she being arrested FOR? Even within the parameters of the batshit setup Muir has created, no explanation is being offered. All I can think is that she's "illegally" crossing the border into Gunpowder, which....somehow is able to act as a sovereign entity independent of the United States.

Yeah, if these people truly think of themselves as an independent nation...with their own bullion and other BS...then I suppose anyone coming into Gunpowder without permission is an "illegal immigrant". Of course, in order for this to work properly, there should be actual border crossings and border guards posted...and if the lazy-ass local "officials" in Gunpowder ever bothered to set that up, the Feds would want a word or two with them.
