It's the Day's Day of Days! Because A Neighbor's Landmark.
As opposed to his sister, Hugo seems to be pure hivemind, blithely repeating Muir's vision of the collapsing Blue States, racist drivel, and of course, his nonsense understanding of what socialism and capitalism are.
There's a lot of hostility and bitterness about his mother here. In a different universe, I would be recommending some serious therapy for the kid as he gets older.
ReplyDeleteOh, definitely. To be fair, he seems less bitter than Eva. Though part of that seems to involve, well, being less of a character than her.
Delete"The left are just so...dumb", is what he says after a blathering a stream of the dumbest, silliest, most trivial and meaningless cliches.
ReplyDeleteWhatever, Muir.
I swear, it's like he's reverting back to prepubescnce in terms of how simplistic and superficial his thoughts have become. And even then, plenty of kids have more substance to them than this.
So...these are Skye's kids, is that it?
Whatever, Muir.
Eva at least has glimmers of a personality. Hugo is an Alt-Right talking point dispenser with bad Spanish peppered in.
