I don't think I'll ever stop being flabbergasted at the sheer extent to which these people live in a fantasy Bizarro-world. Their reality is outside the limits of anything I'm able to recognize, even if I try to pretend to be a raging paranoiac.

What is he TALKING about? These people seem to seriously believe that almost literally the entire world has been controlled for decades by these shady "progressive globalists", whose only pleasure in life appears to be stifling and undermining the US. (And we all what a poor, long-suffering underdog the US is.) It's the Evil Conspiracy of Evil, only even more preposterous when it encompasses the entire world.

GOD I wish I could know just what it is that these lunatics think goes on in schools all day.
Remember, teaching anything but fascism is socialism. Justice, equality--just evil lies that give people the idea that anyone but the right sort running things is bad.

But like, it's not exactly like schools spend a ton of time talking about justice and equality, either. Hell, many schools are so run down and the student body so beset by dysfunction and social pathology that the teachers hope just to make it through nine 40-minute periods without a fight breaking out. And if they succeed at that, MAYBE getting the kids to read a few sentences at four grade levels below their age. Maybe.

I wonder if Muir's readers would consider it "woke" or "Marxist" to teach about the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire, as I learned one year (can't remember what grade). That seems to cut too close to holding business accountable with safety regulations. They hate that. For some reason.
They almost certainly would. Again, anything to the left of them is socialism.
