I'm pretty sure that's just a badly-traced Tyrone Power, because Muskrat is now an unperson. The problem is when Muir does the tracing, he tends to wind up making most faces look like each other as he annihilates details.
I don’t know how you’re nearly always able to decipher this nearly incoherent brain vomit. I did not know what the fuck I was looking at, as I almost never do with these stupid fan requests/shoutouts/inserts. I just assumed “Bill” was someone in right-wing media or some state-level legislator I’d never heard of.
It took me a moment too, but once you learn to spot the subtle signs--these strips have a tone that's quite distinct--you start looking for the obvious ones, most notably, a dedication to either the person in the strip or some relative of theirs.
Mind you what the fuck they mean is baffling, we are well into inside jokes with this shit.
