It's fascinating that even when Muir realizes he has to cut down on all the cast's plot coupons, he still pulls shit like this. Of course, the other part is him imagining that ICE is some awesome force of dread.

Yeah, my instant reaction was "Clear out the riffraff in public spaces...?" Around here, any time ICE shows up somewhere, a crowd of neighbors and bystanders immediately springs up and begins harrassing and protesting them (and frequently blocks them from being able to do anything.) If Zed was looking for a way to get their vehicles blocked in by a crowd, this would be it. Maybe not in "Gunpowder" Texackistan, but I'm assuming wherever the airport is has to be a bigger city than that.
