    Man, not that there's ever a good time for this crap, but what with world events, seems like particularly bad timing.

    And the usual disingenuous mental gymnastics from the peanut gallery...why, Larry Ellison would be just as bad if he were a Presbyterian! Yes, I'm sure there would be a huge DBD discussion about the global Presbyterian conspiracy if that were the case....

      Jokes aside, that's one of those bits where the Peanut Gallery stumble close to the truth but miss it. It absolutely is sensible to view any individual getting a hold of this much of the media as a problem, and Larry Ellison as bad no matter what, because, yes he is. But it's quite obvious is very real awfulness, which is close to the awfulness of people they support is being swapped out for this Protocol of the Elders of Zion-tinged bullshit.

      Oh, you will not be surprised to hear that I am no fan of Larry Ellison, and am actively rooting against him getting a hold of Warner Bros. But you are correct, the peanut gallery is missing the oligarchy and corruption problem right in front of their nose, spearheaded by the President they supported.
