    Moments like this highlight how sealed off Muir is from even simple, everyday reality. Democrats are, by and large, running on health care. I GUESS if you really stretched it, you could say "decay' is immediately relevant to the issue ADDRESSED by healthcare, but if you really stretched it you could also squint really hard and think Nicki Minaj looks like Larry David.
