"We Are Simply Innately Good, And That's All There Is To It!"

It's the Day's Day of Days!  Because the time is come.

Ahh, Muir's old standby, "No, YOU are!"  What can be said to that argument?"

I mean, other than the fact that the cast is again literally a compound-dwelling racist militia at this point.

  1. It's this kind of characterization that scares me the most. "Cult of hate," he says (along with countless others).

When someone spends enormous amounts of energy hurling as much abuse at you as they possibly can, if you're a fallible human like most of us you'd naturally start to feel contempt toward that person, and call them out on their abusive behavior. If that person proceeds to hyperventilate with righteous indignation at how mean and cruel you are and they can't believe you'd say these HATEFUL things about them....
What the hell do you CALL that dynamic?

The Muir crowd thinks we began this horrible dance by HAAAAATING them. For whatever reason. The tortured, upside-down logic they use to arrive at this version of history is very trying on the neurons. As you put it recently, "The Right has now reached the point where they project their projection onto their opponents."
