I have no idea what he's babbling on about, and I can only assume this is another symptom of the severe insularity that's only gotten progressively worse over the past 19 years.

DeleteBaen's Bar is the forum of Baen Publishing, the sci-fi publisher who's become infamous for its increasing right-wing slant over the last twenty years or so. (And its shitty covers for a lot longer.) That increasing right wing stance has made the forum an increasingly unpleasant place, and recently, some of the posters (including, by what I've read, at least one Baen author) were essentially plotting further insurrection on the board. Well, companies have their limits, and Baen has responded by shuttering the board.
