There are of course two levels to this--on the one, Muir is celebrating nonsense that isn't really happening, a mass rebellion that is little more than whining declarations from county boards. But the other level is that when the shoe is on the other foot, and it was Trump for example complaining about sanctuary cities, then the Government must be obeyed.
Because Muir feels he and his are the only people who deserve power.
