I broke my own rule again and googled what the hell he's talking about. I googled the quote. To my (not really) astonishment, Muir interpreted it exactly backwards. The quote is real, but the moron walked away from it with the opposite meaning from what Biden intended.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how someone can be so unnecessarily stupid. Muir has a better mind than this. He doesn't have to make mistakes this egregious. Yet he does.
Oh, I figured that the first bit was Muir misunderstanding--probably willfully misunderstanding--an actual quote. It's the followup that has me baffled.
