Angry Old Man Yells At Clouds.

 It's the Day's Day of Days! Because three wishes.

I guess it saves him a lot of work, just using that same last panel over and over again with different backgrounds.

    Again. This kid should be four or five at MOST. I've lost track but I know he's not the 6-to-9 year old we're seeing here.

    Well, at least the reasons for rapidly soap-opera aging him up were less....dubious than those in the twins' case.
