It's the Day's Day of Days! Because Dai Sentai Goggle-V.
As usual when Muir tries to wow the audience with his searing insight, he demonstrates he's an ignorant buffoon who's relying on idiotic nonsense he learned second-hand and then twisted into even more incomprehensible forms. And thus, we see this paranoid drivel being topped off by him explaining that the French aristocracy and the Jacobins were pretty much the same thing.
They really weren't.
It does seem like it's gotten to the point where, if you are someone Muir has decided is a trusted voice, you could tell him absolutely anything and he'd buy it. I mean, that LIST. Think how truly mad you have to have become in order to think you're living in a reality where all of that is true.
ReplyDelete(And by the way, due to his incompetent staging/layout, as usual it's not immediately clear who's even saying all that.)
Halley's comment (heh) almost perfectly encapsulates, I think, what the world of DBD has become.
You know ---- have any of these people even HEARD of, say, the CHIPS Act? I mean sure, most people haven't because most people in general are apolitical, tuned-out ignoramuses, but this is a crowd that ostensibly is tuned in to politics. Yet neither Muir or his readers EVER seem to mention, even in passing, policy of any kind. Except of course for the fever-dream crazy policies they make up themselves and present as fact.
