You know everything in this cartoon is wrong. The blue states aren't stealing money from the red states--the red states are mooching off the blue states. John Bolton is by most accounts a dwindling presence in the administration. And Trump is a cowardly dullard increasingly dominated by the suspicion he's losing this one.

You beat me to it. Of the five basic claims made here, only the first one could be said to be closer to the truth than not. The others are all one shade or another of ridiculously misleading.
