Muir almost never mentions policy or legislation at all --- the number of times he's done so in the past decade could probably be counted on two hands at the most --- and obviously he has zero comprehension of what's in bills like this beyond whatever lunatic non-sequiturs have been projectile-vomited onto the internet by his trusted citizen journalists.

It's a weird crankish quasi-libertarian view that if a bill is large, it must be bad and that anything that gives power to the state must take away power from individuals.
