In many ways this strip is the demonstration that Muir knows on some level all his insane conspiracy theories about Biden are just nonsense he creates to feel better about himself. Oh he can work himself into a fine lather about it when he feels a need to, but at the basic level, it's just a game. An awful, spiteful game.
