You know, the fascinating thing is the way everyone acts as if Gunpowder's unilateral secession is a done deal and that they can seriously just offer asylum to people. Trump isn't declining the offer because it's stupid, he's declining it because of his brilliant master plan.
I think one of the main reasons Muir morbidly fascinates me the way he does is that, unlike so many right-wing voices out there (most of them with immeasurably higher public profiles), he actually believes every single word he says. No matter how certifiably insane, he believes it with all of his being.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm sorry--how many five-star hotels with gold toilets and luxury golf courses does Gunpowder have? RIGHT. Newsflash, Sam: The Donald despises his working-class supporters. Now, if Gunpowder got struck by some disaster and there was a photo-op to be had...maybe he would pass through town and toss some Trump water bottles or paper towels at your face. So I guess there is always hope.
