"Solomon Grundy" might be too generous at this point. He looks like some sort of horrifying golum monster whose grisly origin story involves him rising UP from that very lake in the dead of night.

(Speaking OF Frank Welker, incidentally, Jack actually wouldn't be that bad a match for one of Welker's stock "dumb guy" voices.)
