There's always a bleak fascination in watching Muir turn world events into the triumph of fascism. Especially as he doesn't realize that's what he's doing because he keeps imagining he's not a fascist.
There is just so much that is off about this. A real feminist progressive type like Skye would never say "Behind every great man is a great woman." Once again, Muir is just having a dialogue with himself. It's clearly been ages since he's had an actual conversation with any of the people he imagines are his enemies.

DeleteIt was clear long ago, even in his pre-madness days, that Muir's perspectives were fueled largely by strawmen. But the strawmen have only become wackier and wackier to match the default beliefs of the American right, as it's deteriorated over the past two decades into five-alarm insanity.
I'll just never be able to stop being amazed at the Peanut Gallery's bottomless capacity for projection. Going on and on about how progressives want to oppress, imprison and murder their "enemies", how they are threatened by the Constitution, and will not allow fair elections to take place. Mentally I just can't process it.
Also (obviousoly), it's clear that they never, ever speak to their perceived enemies, either. They're still obsessed with the prediction that the 2024 Democratic ticket will end up being "Killary and Moochelle". There is literally zero evidence of such a situation being even within light-years of taking place. Yet they are obsessed with it.
Both the crazy theories about the election and the increasing wackiness of the strawpeople is evidence of just how much the right-wing MAGA segment of our society has isolated itself from the rest of the country/world/reality. They have no grasp whatsoever on what the rest of us are actually thinking and doing, they just know that we are "radical" and out to destroy them.
