All that's been mentioned is the mere existence of four finance ministers and two billionaires. What would this "cut" be coming from, exactly? Just flat-out demanding that the two billionaires give him some of their cash? What?
This is almost as stupid as that time Muir described the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as a "Democratic slush fund". I will never forget that one. It made absolutely no sense.
