When A Cartoon Made Sense When Muir Was Making It Up, Damn It.

It's the Day's Day of Days! Because my lips they are as cold as clay, my breath is earthy strong.

As we stare at this monument of incoherence, I just have to once again point out that this is yet another highly illegal thing that Gunpowder is doing.

  1. What specific thing? Hosting a foreign leader? (It's another, if oblique, fit of mental masturbation on Muir's part---imagining that his (Zed's) little compound is so important that the president of Russia would actually go there to....to...whatever the hell's supposed to be happening right now. I mean holy crap.)

"Incoherence" --- Is this a rare day when you can't make any sense of this jibber-jabber either? Usually when I can't make heads or tails of what Muir's tortured point is supposed to be, you're able to read the Rosetta Stone. The same one his drooling readers also have access to.

All that said, though, this strip is quite interesting for one specific and surprising reason.
So....wait....Joe Biden is an actual living human being after all? He ISN'T a decrepit wooden marionette?

    I'm confused now.

    1. Simply hosting a foreign leader isn't necessarily illegal--though Putin's status would add interesting wrinkles to that--but essentially operating your own independent diplomacy as a private citizen is, for reasons that are obvious. Especially when you throw in Gunpowder's utterly bizarre self-declared status.

    2. Putin is supposed to be going out there to learn more about Texackistan's intriguing gold bullion reserves. Seems unrealistic, but considering that Russia has been desperate enough to boast about their alliance with North Korea...who knows, maybe Zed's compound is just their speed these days.

    3. They're BOASTING about being allied with North Korea? That's....remarkably pathetic.

    4. They had a Russia/NK summit, I don't remember in which country, which was supposed to be a very big deal, with North Korean singers belting out patriotic songs in Russian etc. Putin needed the weapons from NK to use in Ukraine, I believe.

What I find amazing is the idea that people like Biden or Sec Blinken would be enraged, scared, begging and pleading to be involved in their stupid little party. As if the military or law enforcement wouldn't have gone to light up and burn down this treasonous compound a long time ago.
