And once again, we see that Muir just can't handle reality these days. He immediately has to start tossing on conspiracy theories and false connections because a world where someone takes a shot at Trump just isn't exciting enough for him. No, there has to be a bigger conspiracy at play here. To be fair, plenty of people on the Left are losing their minds over this, but well... that's understandable, even if regrettable. Muir is putting up the murderboard for a story that he should be crowing about as is. Because, once again, that's where the strip is now.
