At this point, the Evil Conspiracy of Evil is so all-encompassing it is essentially 'all of society that isn't paranoid wingnuts, and also, a fair share of the paranoid wingnuts who aren't quite in Muir's camp'.
Which is less a conspiracy, and more just hating everyone.
