The only thing remotely interesting about this strip is Muir pulling out the old 'immigrants as hidden agents of the nation they came from' canard. Which isn't original, just shockingly blatant on his part.
Kiko's scar is looking more like a pretend "scar" made out of red construction paper that a seven-year-old taped to their face.
