    I guess at least he's being honest about it? The fascism embedded in the strip has finally reached its logical conclusion...

      There is no logical conclusion. Muir just keeps going, getting worse and worse.

      And I call this less honest, and more confident in his own delusion. This brings to mind the underrated 'Simpsons' moment where Lenny responds to Homer calling Springfield A+M a 'cow college' by saying "You're only calling us a cow college because we were founded by a cow."

      Followed by a confident nod.
